Ethan Dunham – Principal Consultant
Ethan’s expertise has come from building a series of successful companies that provided dramatic improvements in information technology (IT) return on investments. He specializes in owner-managed businesses and nonprofits, focusing on the constraints of small organizations and on recruiting top notch people who can deliver systems on par with large enterprises.
Ethan pioneered the integration and automation of financial and manufacturing systems (ERP) for owner-managed businesses in the Pacific Northwest starting in 1987. In 1997, he added fixed cost outsourced IT management, now known as managed services providers (MSP).
Ethan understands the business models of both ERP and MSPs better than most, having worked with them from their inception.
